Greg Richardson
Chief Deputy
Greg is the Chief Deputy and assists with our residential, commercial and farm assessments. He came to the Woodford County PVA Office in 2024 with 9 years of experience from the Fayette County PVA Office and 18 years of real estate appraisal experience. He also has both of his assessor certifications, CKA and SKA.

Hope Elliott
Deputy
Hope is a Deputy PVA and assists with our Motor Vehicles assessments as well as maintaining building sketches and building permits. She is also able to help the taxpayers with any questions in person or over the phone. She came to the Woodford County PVA Office in 2017 with 10 years of experience from the Fayette County PVA Office.

Ann Wilson
Deputy
Ann is a Deputy PVA and reviews and enters all deed transfers into the tax roll as well as monitoring and processing all will and estate issues. She is also able to help the taxpayers with any questions in person or over the phone. She came to the Woodford County PVA Office in 2019 with 12 years of experience from a local law firm.

Karen Johnson
Deputy
Karen is a Deputy PVA and assists with updating our building characteristics and physical inspections of real estate and assists with our tangible property tax returns. She came to the Woodford County PVA Office in 2023 with 27 years of experience in real estate.
